He has deep expertise, gained through identifying and working closely with High-Potential Tech companies and Governments, supporting Founders, CEOs and Boards in building strategies to realise their growth opportunities, operationalising scaling their businesses and raising capital.

Hesus built the Technology and FinTech strategy arm of EY Parthenon in Ireland. EY Parthenon is one of the Top 5 Management Consulting Strategy Firms in the world. Prior to joining EY Parthenon Hesus was the Head of Digital and FinTech for Grant Thornton in Ireland where he lead the establishment of the Open Finance Hub whose goal is to enable clients to research, innovate, test, implement and optimise Tech solutions to address real world business problems.

Hesus is a well-recognised Leader within the European FinTech and InsurTech ecosystem, who is passionate about innovation and the digitalisation of Financial Services and the collaboration between the Financial Services firms and New Entrants.

Hesus Inoma has a BA Honours Degree in International Insurance & European Studies from University of Limerick, a Post-Grad. in Financial Services with the University College Dublin and is a Chartered Insurer, Chartered Banker and Qualified Financial Adviser.
